Common questions
- The machine is stuck but not broken. Can it be pulled out?
- Often, but how matters. Pulling on the wrong point or in the wrong direction is how a stuck machine becomes a damaged one. It is worth the assessment before the strap goes on.
- Do you recover burned equipment?
- Yes. It is normally a total loss by the time it is being moved, but it still has to come off site safely and without contaminating the ground further.
- How quickly can you get to a recovery?
- Call and you will get a straight answer for that day rather than a promise made in advance. Recovery timing depends on the location, the machine and what is already committed.
