In-Shop Equipment Repair and Maintenance

Drop off or schedule a transport to our shop. test

A technician inspects the main bearing caps of a diesel engine block

Some work wants a shop. Machining to a tolerance, a teardown that needs parts laid out and stay clean, and anything where a machine has to come apart further than a job site allows.

The shop takes drop-offs and can arrange transport. What comes back is a machine that was worked on properly rather than one that was worked on quickly in a gravel yard in the rain.

What the work includes

  • Teardown, inspection and rebuild
  • Machining and precision work to tolerance
  • Hydraulic component rebuilds on the bench
  • Structural repair with proper access and fixturing
  • Transport to the shop arranged if you need it

Common questions

Can you arrange transport?
Yes — transport to the shop can be scheduled rather than left for you to organise. Tell us where the machine is and whether it rolls.
How do I know whether my job needs the shop?
Describe the fault and we will tell you. Plenty of work that sounds like shop work can be done onsite, and the reverse is also true. Establishing that first avoids a wasted trailer.
Do you look at the whole machine or only what I reported?
What you reported gets fixed. Anything else obviously wrong gets pointed out with the machine in front of us — you decide what happens to it, but you get told.
