24/7 Emergency Service and Repair
When downtime isn't an option, we respond day or night to get you back in service.

Machines do not break during office hours as a courtesy. A failure at 4am on a paving job or a crane down mid-lift is a different problem from one that can wait until Monday, and it costs differently too.
Emergency response exists for those. The number is answered outside office hours, and what you get is a straight answer about what can happen and when — not a ticket.
What the work includes
- Response outside normal office hours
- Breakdown diagnosis and repair in the field
- Recovery where the machine cannot be repaired in place
- Straight answers about timing rather than a queue position
- Across Northern California and the Bay Area
Common questions
- What counts as an emergency?
- Anything stopping work that cannot wait for normal hours — a machine down mid-job, a crane that cannot be left as it is, a truck blocking a site. If it is costing you by the hour, call.
- Will someone actually answer at night?
- That is what 24/7 emergency service means. Call the number and you will reach someone rather than a form.
- Can every fault be fixed in the field at night?
- No, and you will be told which case you are in rather than discovering it at 3am. Sometimes the honest answer is to make it safe, recover it, and do the work properly in daylight.
